CNC Lathe Operator

Radiac Abrasives, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of conventional bonded and superabrasive grinding wheels seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our abrasives manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC machines used in the production of abrasive products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
• 1–3+ years of CNC machining or manufacturing experience (abrasives or similar industry a plus)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with CNC programming (G-code) is preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use precision measurement tools
• Basic computer skills for machine interface and reporting
• Ability to communicate, read and write in English
