Job Description
Radical AI, Inc. is accelerating scientific research & development in materials R&D, leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning. This role focuses on developing an agentic system for materials development, enhancing reasoning and planning throughout the process. The role includes contributing to the research community, mentoring junior team members, and working collaboratively with experimental materials science teams.
Requirements
- Ph.D., M.S., or B.S. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Applied Maths, or a closely related field
- At least 3 years of research experience in AI
- Proven track record of designing agentic systems
- Familiarity with large-scale model training
- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch)
- Strong publication record in top-tier AI/ML conferences or journals
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
