Job Description
Manufacturing Lead - Day Shift with a rotating 3-4 day/12 hour shift rotation through year end, transitioning to a 4 day/12 hour shift in 2026. Supporting production team with quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 18 years or older
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment with quality control practices
- Ability to perform with little to no supervision
- Team player with training/mentoring skills
