Job Description
Standard Process Inc. is seeking a Production Lead - 2nd Shift Solid Dose to assist with day-to-day operations and provide direction and support for operators. The Lead will be responsible for ensuring safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices are followed, providing support and direction to operators, and participating in Continuous Improvement activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership position preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience in a food processing environment preferred
- Experience working with powders and high speed manufacturing equipment preferred
