VP Sales & Marketing

Superlinear is seeking a VP Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy and drive European revenue for its AI Operating System, Holon. The role involves defining go-to-market strategy, leading enterprise revenue, building a sales organization, and running marketing as a growth function.

Requirements

• Led enterprise software sales in Europe at senior level
• Built and led both sales and marketing teams
• Designed the entire revenue funnel: ICP segmentation, positioning, demand generation, pipeline math, sales motion
• Hired, coached, and held a standard for sales and marketing teams
• English at native level, Dutch or French is a strong plus
