Job Description
Rag & Bone is seeking an entry-level Assistant Product/Collection Merchandiser to support the development and execution of seasonal collections from concept through in-season performance. The role partners cross-functionally with Design, Product Development, Production, Planning, Buying, Sales, Marketing and Visual Merchandising to ensure the product assortment aligns with brand vision, customer demand and financial targets.
Requirements
- College degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, planning or product development (menswear experience preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.)
- Understanding of retail math and margin concepts
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for menswear and knowledge of market trends
- Ability to manage multiples priorities in a fast-paced environment
