We are looking for a department head of fleet sales at our 1190 Vienna location. In this key role, you will lead a team of twelve, be responsible for the acquisition and customer service of fleet customers, and drive product and process development in fleet management.
Requirements
- Plan and implement successful acquisition and account management strategies for corporate customers with fleets of more than 15 vehicles and develop customer relationships, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Lead and develop motivated teams specializing in the acquisition and customer service of fleet customers, promote targeted development, ensure open communication, and implement a goal-oriented management style.
- Ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Steer and develop all processes in customer management and relevant interfaces in a forward-looking and structured manner.
- Bring expertise into product development, especially the further development of our leadership role in electromobility.
