We are looking for a department head for sales at our location 1190 Vienna to manage a twelve-person team, acquire and care for fleet customers, and drive product and process development in fleet management.

Requirements

• Develop and implement successful acquisition and account management strategies for corporate customers with fleets of more than 15 vehicles
• Lead and develop motivated teams specialized in the acquisition and customer care of fleet customers
• Anticipate and structure all processes in customer management and relevant interfaces
• Bring industry knowledge in fleet management, financial services, or a comparable function in the automotive industry
• Cooperate closely with the Raiffeisen sector and sales partnerships to coordinate joint sales activities and processes
