The Railroad Commission of Texas is seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Office of General Counsel—Legal Enforcement Section. This position provides fundamental administrative support for the Legal Enforcement Section.
Requirements
- Graduation from High School or GED.
- Two or more years of related professional administrative experience.
- Ability to prioritize work assignments, to prepare accurate and grammatically correct written documents, and to organize and index files.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel; familiarity with other computer functions.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
