Job Description
The Railroad Commission of Texas's Oversight and Safety Division, Alternative Fuels Safety Department (AFS), seeks a Field Inspector in AFS District 19 in the Central Texas area. The inspector will conduct on-site technical inspections of alternative fuel installations and equipment, as well as incident/accident investigations, complaint investigations, and special inspections.
Requirements
- Graduation from a standard senior high school or G.E.D.
- One or more years of LPG/CNG/LNG, or three or more years of technical/inspection experience in a related or other professional field.
- A valid Texas Driver's License.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with occasional flexible hours, nights, and weekends.
