Job Description
The Railroad Commission of Texas is seeking a State Managed Plugger to perform advanced technical fieldwork in the State Managed Well Plugging Program in the San Angelo District Office of the Oil & Gas Division. The position involves monitoring plugging, salvage, and associated routine site cleanup operations for orphaned wells to ensure isolation of productive zones and protection of State Usable Quality Waters.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED.
- Five years of industry experience in oilfield operations, including drilling and cementing practices.
- Applicants must already reside in or be willing to relocate to the San Angelo District areas.
