Requirements

• Maintain a comprehensive Services Event quality assurance strategy
• Uphold quality assurance standards, processes, and methodologies
• Collaborate with a team of quality assurance engineers and analysts
• Execute and maintain quality assurance processes
• Manage the end-to-end mobile app submission process
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts
• Execute test plans and test cases to identify defects
• Identify opportunities for test automation
• Input on defect tracking and reporting processes
• Work with development teams to facilitate defect resolution
• Assist in identifying trends and risk assessment
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans and quality assurance processes
