We are seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to join our Revenue Operations team and lead the strategy and execution of revenue operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate growth and maximize efficiency.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of expertise in SaaS sales, with at least 3-5 years in a dedicated RevOps role.
- Proven experience in healthtech, EMR, or RCM is a significant plus.
- A track record of leading RevOps functions at other high-growth SaaS businesses.
- Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications are preferred.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Analytical rigor with the ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable strategy.
- Technical Proficiency: Must have 3+ years of experience using Salesforce with an admin-level skillset.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bias for Execution: High integrity, an ownership mindset, and a drive to get things done.
