Job Description
The Insights and Learning Manager is a pivotal role, responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, overseeing experimental learning projects, and ensuring RTV’s programs adapt effectively based on evidence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program monitoring, evaluation, and learning in the development sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, M&E, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership and donors
