Program Design Officer
3+ years of experience in program design, development, or technical coordination within the development sector. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Economics, Mathematics, Population Studies, or related. Strong understanding of country-specific socio-economic dynamics, policy frameworks, and community engagement strategies
Project Coordinator - HWG
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in agricultural programming. Strong understanding of smallholder coffee systems and rural livelihoods in Uganda
Project Officer (2)
Minimum 3 years of experience in community development programs, project management, facilitation, and leaderships, and a University Degree in related fields
Data Scientist
3+ years of experience in machine learning and computer vision, with a demonstrable portfolio of deployed models
Office Caretaker (3)
1 year experience, O'level completion, strong attention to detail
Project Assistant
2+ years of experience in community development and a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with strong training and facilitation skills

The ideal candidate has a University Degree in Social Work and Social Administration, Project planning and Development, Community Development, or related fields. With a minimum of four (4) years of working experience and at least 2 years of experience working with and coordinating local government institutions and officials, particularly at District and Sector levels
