Project Assistant role with Raising The Village, a fast-growing international development organization. Assist in project implementation, government & community coordination, and reporting. 7 vacancies available. Up to 90% travel required.

Requirements

• Conduct project design review meetings
• Coordinate and co-facilitate training activities
• Develop and submit list of required goods and services
• Verify goods/inputs prior to distribution
• Conduct project follow-up and provide support
• Identify potential risks and issues
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Cell-level government officials
• Mobilize households and communities for trainings
• Deliver trainings to community and cell-level actors
• Promote positive collaboration and trust between RTV staff and community structures
• Develop and manage work plans
• Complete field reporting on a weekly basis
• Attend and participate in weekly staff meetings
• Complete weekly financial request, submissions and accountabilities
• Support field monitoring activities
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve RTV's way of work
