Senior Data Collection & Integrity Officer job opening at Raising The Village. The successful candidate will work with the Data Collection & Integrity team to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable data throughout its lifecycle. This includes leading the coordination and development of efficient standard operating procedures, managing the end-to-end data collection lifecycle for multiple countries, and implementing robust data quality assurance measures.

Requirements

• Lead and oversee end-to-end data collection processes
• Support the automation of current manual data collection methodologies
• Design comprehensive wireframes for data aggregation
• Contribute to the development and rigorous review of data collection instruments and associated workflows
• Design and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures for data collection, storage, and usage
• Implement and uphold robust data integrity and assurance protocols
• Establish and maintain a centralized data system for quality, compliance, monitoring, and training
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for contractors and M&E staff
• Develop and maintain a centralized data repository
• Create and manage reporting systems that provide clear and concise insights into data quality and integrity
• Lead the development and implementation of innovative data collection technologies and methodologies
• Deliver targeted capacity-building initiatives
• Establish a strategic bridge for advancing evaluation methodology
• Provide strategic oversight and mentorship to the Data Collection & Integrity (DCI) team
• Lead performance management and professional development for DCI staff
• Actively support recruitment, onboarding, and role alignment for open DCI positions
