We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to respond to customer inquiries and resolve system-related problems. The role involves initial troubleshooting, collecting and documenting information, and coordinating further measures with Field Service and other specialists. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or Chemistry, and experience with troubleshooting and technical analysis of complex systems.
