Assistant Collections Manager

At Raiz FCU, we are seeking an Assistant Collections Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of credit union collections, bankruptcy policies, and procedures, as well as excellent leadership and supervisory abilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of collection experience and 2 years of supervisory experience in collections.

Requirements

• Associate degree or minimum 60 college credits
• Strong understanding of credit union collections, bankruptcy policies, and procedures
• Minimum of 3 years of collection experience
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in collections
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
• Excellent communication and public relations skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in stressful, high-pressure situations
• Strong analytical and negotiating skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Previous credit union experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
