Engineering Manager

We seek a passionate, quick-thinking Engineering Manager to drive our vision forward at Raketech, shaping the future together in the dynamic world of iGaming.

Requirements

• Proven track record of software engineering and engineering management experience at scale
• Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and distributed systems
• 5+ years of software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Laravel (PHP) and solid experience building modern frontends with Vue.js
• Practical experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., AI code assistants, automated test generation, AI-supported code reviews)
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, and caching systems (e.g., Redis)
• Experience designing scalable architectures and handling performance optimization
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments
• Experience mentoring developers and leading technical decision-making
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance technical quality with business needs
