Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant with customer service experience to connect with future residents and identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements for Green Hill apartments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Affordable Housing Tax Credit experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
