Job Description
RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to connect with future residents and secure lease agreements at Pheasant Run Townhomes. The successful candidate will use their customer service skills to brag about the community's unique features and benefits and highlight what sets it apart from the competition.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
- Valid Driver's License is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Multi-family leasing or sales experience preferred
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
