Job Description
RAM Partners, LLC is a full-service real estate management company looking for a Leasing Consultant for their Parkway Flats property in Kalamazoo, MI. The ideal candidate thrives on customer service and can identify the wants and needs of future residents to secure lease agreements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
