Job Description
We are looking for a skilled maintenance leader to guide the maintenance team in maintaining the integrity of our property. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff, perform inspections, complete work orders, and maintain property grounds and common areas.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
- Valid Driver’s license is required
- EPA HVAC and CPO certified
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
