Maintenance Supervisor

We are a service-oriented, hands-on company looking for a skilled maintenance supervisor to help guide the maintenance team in maintaining the integrity of our property. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office, and a valid driver's license.

Requirements

• Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff
• Perform inspections of property and address any maintenance needs
• Maintain Property Grounds and common areas to meet company standards
