Job Description
RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and maintain the integrity of its property. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and experience in construction supervision. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license
- EPA HVAC certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
