Property Manager

RAM Partners, LLC is a full-service real estate management company seeking a skilled Property Manager with property management experience to oversee daily operations, manage revenue and expenses, and ensure resident satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• 2 or more years of management experience
• Valid Driver’s license is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Industry software experience (YARDI, On Site, etc.)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
