Property Manager

RAM Partners, LLC is a full-service real estate management company seeking a Property Manager with experience to oversee the smooth operation of a community. The role involves hiring, training, and motivating staff, managing revenue and expenses, and promoting resident satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 or more years of property management experience
• Valid Driver's license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Industry software experience (YARDI, E Site, etc.)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
