Job Description
Ramboll is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and closeout of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF) upgrades, building modernization, environmental compliance works, and site rehabilitation projects. The role is responsible for management of schedule, quality, safety, and stakeholder coordination.
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering, or a minimum of 5-years of related experience.
- Demonstrated success delivering MEPF, building upgrades, and site projects.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, MS Project, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam.
- Strong project controls capability (schedule, cost, risk, change management)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to read drawings/specifications and manage construction phase activity.
- OSHA 30-Hour (Construction) certification and First Aid/CPR certification (desired)
