Payroll Specialist - EMEA/ Nordics

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage and process payroll data for employees across Singapore, India, Canada, and selected EMEA countries. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and knowledge of payroll taxes and process across these countries.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing
• Knowledge of Canadian, Indian and EMEA statutory requirements and payroll legislation
• Working knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., Workday) and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Solid Excel and analytical skills; high attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience working with third-party vendors in a multi-country payroll environment
• Ability to work across teams and time zones in a collaborative, structured, and proactive way
• A willingness to learn, adapt, and support evolving global payroll needs with a solution-oriented mindset
• Interest in contributing to process enhancements and knowledge-sharing across the global payroll function
