Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams. As the Enterprise Customer Activation Manager, you'll guide customers through implementation and help them operationalize Ramp's tools to drive efficiency and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementations for products supporting AP and/or Procurement functions
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience partnering with technical teams to share customer feedback, troubleshoot issues, and propose creative solutions
