Ramp is a financial operations platform designed to save companies time and money. As a Scaled Customer Activation Manager, you will play a key role in building and refining the program, defining the implementation motion, and shaping how Ramp activates and supports Bill Pay users at scale.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, technical consulting, or product operations
- Exceptional project management, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering partners to share feedback, troubleshoot issues, and design workarounds
