Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting support role, focused on business, generalist, or GTM hiring
- Experience at a large tech company or agency
- Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines across multiple role types
- Strong written communication skills and an ability to tailor outreach to different audiences
- A creative and resourceful approach to sourcing, you’re excited to try new ideas beyond standard templates
- Comfort working with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle competing priorities
- Interest in startups, fintech, and building teams during periods of rapid growth
