Job Description
Rangefront Mining Services is seeking an experienced Exploration Geologist to support on-site operations for one of their valued mining clients. The successful candidate will contribute to high-quality geological data collection, core logging, modeling, and interpretation while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Work safely and responsibly at all times, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to self and others.
- Safely operate on-road and off-road vehicles in varying site conditions.
- Properly use and maintain required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform detailed core logging, sampling, and geotechnical measurements with accuracy and consistency.
- Compile, interpret, and validate mapping, drilling, and assay data within 3D geological software.
- Communicate findings effectively with supervisors, geologists, and operations teams.
- Provide guidance to junior staff when needed and contribute to team-based problem solving.
