Job Description
RangeWater is looking for an Assistant Community Manager to support and assist the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing accounting and reporting tasks, processing invoices, collecting rent, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background
- Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
- Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
- Current Valid Driver's License
