Job Description
RangeWater seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support and assist the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of the community. The ideal candidate will have a background in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service, and possess strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background
- Proficiency in property management software (Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
- Ability to lift 20 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
