Job Description
Welcome to the job description for Assistant Community Manager at RangeWater. We are looking for a team player who can support and assist the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of the community. The ideal candidate will have a background in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service, and be proficient in property management software such as Entrata Yardi and/or One Site. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background
- Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
- Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
- Current Valid Driver's License
