Job Description

As an Assistant Community Manager, you will support and assist the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of the community, including leasing and marketing efforts, financial operations, and client management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background
- Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills
- Proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
- Current Valid Driver's License
