Job Description
RangeWater seeks a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, property management experience, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background
- Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills
- Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
- Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
- Current Valid Driver's License
