Job Description
RangeWater is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their team in Wesley Chapel, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background
- Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
- Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
- Current Valid Driver's License
