Job Description
Leasing Consultant role at RangeWater in Wesley Chapel, FL. The role involves executing property marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, performing sales and leasing activities, designing and executing offsite marketing activities, and resolving customer complaints. Requirements
- Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals
- Design and execute offsite marketing activities to drive traffic to the property
- Gather and analyze market and economic trends to recommend improvements
- Enforce lease agreements and take action as necessary
- Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction
- Perform activities in support of the property's lease renewal program
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions
