Leasing Consultant - Denver, CO

As a Leasing Consultant at RangeWater, you will execute the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, and process applications, while maintaining a positive work-life balance and work environment.

Requirements

• Must be available to work on weekends when scheduled
• Must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background
• Proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills
• Current valid driver's license
