Maintenance Technician - Fort Meyers, FL

RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the property meets company standards. The role involves completing assigned work orders, routine upkeep, and supporting cost-cutting programs. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience.

Requirements

• Completes assigned work orders within 24 to 48 hours
• Diagnoses and repairs defects or problems with buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs
• Follows safety and risk-management policies
• Demonstrates customer service skills
