Job Description
RangeWater is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Davenport, FL. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED equivalent. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to ensure the property meets standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent preferred
- Current Valid Driver's License
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- Maintenance Technicians must have all certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions
