Maintenance Technician - Hollywood, FL

As a Maintenance Technician at RangeWater, you will perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the property meets standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. You will complete assigned work orders, maintain the property, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent preferred
• Current Valid Driver's License
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
• Certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions
