Maintenance Technician - Hollywood, FL

RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Requirements

• Complettes assigned work orders within 24 to 48 hours
• Performs routine upkeep on the property
• Completes the'make-ready' process
• Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs
• Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items
