Job Description
RangeWater seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Requirements
- Must be available to work on weekends when scheduled and must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied.
- Works in frequent exposure to outside elements where temperatures, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous.
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule which includes taking calls evenings, weekends, and holidays.
