Maintenance Technician - Independence Place

Maintenance Technician performs technical and mechanical work to ensure property meets standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. Provides maintenance services to residents, completes work orders, and supports cost-cutting programs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
• Current Valid Driver's License
• Communication and Delivery Skills with ability to connect to people at all levels
• Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
• Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
