Maintenance Technician - Sorrel Phillips Creek Ranch

RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the property meets standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. The role involves completing work orders, routine upkeep, and preparing vacant apartment homes for leasing.

Requirements

• Completes assigned work orders within 24 to 48 hours
• Diagnoses and repairs defects or problems
• Completes make-ready process for vacant apartments
• Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs
• Follows procedures for accessing materials and supplies
• Completes documentation and paperwork in a timely manner
• Complies with safety and risk-management policies
• Demonstrates customer service skills
• Assists with property inspections
