Job Description
The Maintenance Technician performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the property meets standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent
- Current Valid Driver's License
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- Certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions
